The last remaining vacant building on the NC Music Factory site is the renovated home of the new VBGB beer garden. With a combined indoor/ outdoor seating capacity of 500 people. 36 taps, and a keg cooler that will hold up to 60 kegs, VBGB is the place to be.
The owners, Tom and Kara Taddeo, were hands-on in every step of the process as this design-build effort with McAllister took shape.
Springfield Town Center

This is the initial phase of a new retail development located in Fort Mill, S.C. It consists of two new “country vernacular building shells located on out parcels anchored by Harris Teeter. The shells are one storey each and designated retail/ business occupancy.

This is a new design concept that offers an alternative to traditional real estate offices. This concept provides touch-down space for the highly mobile real estate agents. The design is clean and contemporary with a neutral backdrop that allows the company branding to stand out and attract the next generation of agents and clients. The office space includes a coffee bar, phone rooms and conference rooms with wireless internet, flat screens and advanced phone systems which allow agents to sync desktop phones with their cell or home phones.
Riverwalk Fort Mill

Riverwalk is a new development located on 1100 acres along the Catawba River in Fort Mill, South Carolina. It includes single and multi-family residential, retail, and a commercial / retail mixed used area. This first phase is the first part of the mixed use area called the River District. It is strategically located near the walking trails and canoe launch and is to include dining and retail on the first floor with small commercial on the upper floors.
Hissho Sushi Test Kitchen

In Phase 1 Most of the work was focused in the renovation of the front-of-house as their new corporate office. The client had an opportunity to purchase an old food processing/ distribution company. With some upgrading, most of the facility was move-in ready and met their needs for large-scale storage, frozen food distribution, and test kitchens. Some upgrades to restrooms and kitchens were necessary.
In Phase 2 the client wanted a new test kitchen, tasting room, and presentation area for guest and clients. They wanted separation between these areas while maintaining the opportunity to have them flow in to one another when needed and a modern and colorful theme.
